Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and active Maryland SLP license is required
• Expertise in school-based therapy, as well as knowledge in home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings
• Experience or strong interest in serving a mixture of disabilities among K-12 students
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech and language therapy to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and contribute to the development of each students education plan
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote student growth and address unique learning needs
• Engage parents and educators in the therapeutic process and offer actionable strategies for student success
