Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state credentials
- Experience in school-based OT, healthcare, home health, and/or teletherapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative abilities
- Adaptability to work both autonomously and within interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students in accordance with their IEPs and 504 plans
- Deliver services in-person within schools, via teletherapy, and in home-based settings based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student access to the curriculum
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and participate in ongoing assessments
- Educate families and staff on strategies to enhance student engagement and independence
