You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, implement individualized treatment plans, and help students reach their greatest potential in academic and daily life skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Kansas Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Background in school-based OT; home health and broader healthcare experience a plus
- Comfort working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite, adapting interventions to individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to foster student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings
