Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, families, and other professionals
• Creative problem-solving and adaptability in diverse environments

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students strengths and areas for growth related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and one-on-one settings
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation on evaluations, goals, and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to shape effective accommodations and goals
• Educate teachers and staff on strategies that enhance student participation in classroom routines
