Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
  • Confidence working with K-12 students, tailoring interventions for varied developmental needs
  • Familiarity with school-based therapy practices, healthcare settings, home health, and teletherapy delivery models
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to determine occupational therapy needs and develop individualized plans.
  • Deliver direct and consultative services across the district, supporting students in school, at home, and virtually as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians to foster positive outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and staff trainings to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Adapt interventions and service delivery models to best serve each students unique strengths and areas of growth.

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
