Make a difference in the lives of students by bringing your expertise to a supportive school environment as an Occupational Therapist. This contract opportunity offers the chance to serve a diverse districtwide population, supporting approximately 60 students across various age groups. As an OT within the school setting, you will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored therapy that promotes student growth, independence, and participation in daily school activities.
Qualifications:
- Current ESA certificate issued by OSPI is required
- Strong background in occupational therapy within educational settings
- Ability to develop and implement individualized plans based on student needs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing inclusive, student-centered support
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to districtwide students per IEP goals
- Assess students strengths and needs to support their educational achievement
- Develop interventions to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive functioning in the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel for facilitating classroom accommodations

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
