A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available for a professional skilled in school-based and healthcare settings, including teletherapy and home health. This role is based in Sebastopol, CA, with travel as part of the work, providing a dynamic and engaging environment for service delivery.
Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload consisting of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluations, and delivering both direct and indirect occupational therapy services. The role calls for an experienced therapist capable of working onsite within a school setting while also incorporating teletherapy and home health techniques to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Illinois Social Service Worker (SSW) License
- Experience in occupational therapy across school, healthcare, teletherapy, and home health settings

- Flexibility to travel as required, supporting services across multiple locations
