Qualifications:
- Valid IL SSW License required
- Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, OT assessments, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in consultations with educational staff and families
