Qualifications:

• Valid IL SSW License required
• Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, OT assessments, and intervention planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in consultations with educational staff and families
