Occupational Therapist Sebastopol, CA (Contract, Full-Time)
This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services within a school setting in Sebastopol, CA. This full-time, onsite position involves delivering both direct and indirect OT services tailored to meet the needs of students through individualized education program (IEP) implementation, evaluations, and ongoing therapeutic support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with students unique needs
- Provide direct OT treatment and interventions as well as indirect consultation with staff and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services and student progress
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare providers, and families to support student development
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Social Worker License (IL SSW License) required
- Experience working in schools or similar educational environments preferred
- Skilled in delivering evaluations, IEP implementation, and direct/indirect occupational therapy services
- Ability to work onsite full-time with a caseload focused on pediatric populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
