Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active Washington (WA) Occupational Therapy license
  • Active ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
  • Previous experience in school-based OT (preferred)
  • Adaptability to work across central, southwest, and southeast Seattle
  • Passion for supporting moderate to high-needs students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized therapy for students with moderate to high support needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals
  • Support student growth across multiple campuses (one role in Central Seattle; one across central, southwest, and southeast)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district guidelines
  • Participate in professional meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
