Step into a dynamic, contract-based opportunity for experienced Occupational Therapists passionate about serving K-12 students with moderate to high support needs. Located in vibrant Seattle, WA, this full-time assignment runs from early September through mid-December 2026, offering a rewarding school-based setting. Two roles are available: one serving a single school in Central Seattle, and the other supporting multiple campuses across central, southwest, and southeast neighborhoods. Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Washington State
• Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Previous experience as a school-based OT or in pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and therapy session planning
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
• Commitment to serving students with moderate to high support needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students per IEP requirements
• Provide both direct and consultative interventions to address fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students therapy goals are met within the school environment
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
• Travel between assigned campuses (for multi-site role)
