We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time, onsite opportunity for the 2026-2027 school year, working 40 hours per week. Your contributions will directly enhance student success in a collaborative educational environment near Scottsdale, AZ.

Qualifications for Success:

• Hold a current Arizona Occupational Therapist license
• Possess a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience or strong interest in supporting students within school settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services tailored to each students goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational plans
• Assess student needs, develop goals, and monitor progress through detailed documentation
• Contribute to IEP meetings, assist with program modifications, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide consultations, resources, and training for school faculty to promote inclusive educational practices
• Advocate for student success, actively engaging in school initiatives that enhance accessibility and participation
