Job Description

Your expertise will provide a meaningful impact as you collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to address each students unique needs. In this contract role, youll enjoy consistency with a Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience in a school-based environment preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support a diverse student population across PreK8th grade

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to support student IEP goals
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services in group and individual settings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Foster independence and developmental growth in students through adaptive techniques and interventions
