This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated OT who is passionate about helping students succeed both academically and personally. Youll have the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work directly with students to provide assessments, interventions, and support.

Required qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license (IL OT License)
• Previous school-based OT experience is preferred, but not required
• Compliance with all district and state-specific credentials and background checks
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to identify students fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with the IEP team
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services onsite within the school environment
• Document progress, maintain student records, and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
• Collaborate with educators and other support professionals to optimize student participation in school activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
