Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in student lives by providing expert occupational therapy services in a supportive school setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated OT who is passionate about helping students succeed both academically and personally. Youll have the chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work directly with students to provide assessments, interventions, and support.
Required qualifications:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license (IL OT License)
- Previous school-based OT experience is preferred, but not required
- Compliance with all district and state-specific credentials and background checks
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to identify students fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with the IEP team
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services onsite within the school environment
- Document progress, maintain student records, and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
- Collaborate with educators and other support professionals to optimize student participation in school activities
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
