Key Qualifications:
- Valid OT license with school-based OT experience preferred
- Open to travel assignments
- Experience working with K-8 populations, ideally elementary caseloads
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fingerprinting/credentialing requirements must be met prior to start
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 34 K-8 students across two school sites
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and support program initiatives
- Work a consistent MondayFriday schedule, 37.5 hours weekly
