A full-time occupational therapy position is available in a dynamic school setting located in Santa Fe, NM. This role focuses on providing essential support to approximately 30 students, predominantly at the elementary level, within an in-person learning environment. The position offers 37.5 hours per week on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, with an emphasis on elementary-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches for student success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques suitable for a diverse student population
• Ability to manage a caseload of about 30 students efficiently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant licensure or certification as an occupational therapist
