An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services for K-12 students in the Santa Barbara, CA area. This part-time, contract position is based in the Montecito region and requires in-person attendance throughout the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to the unique needs of school-aged children.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and document student progress to support educational and therapeutic goals.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance service quality.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in California.
- Experience providing OT services in school settings K-12 preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
Location: Montecito, CA area services provided in person within local K-12 schools.
