Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Credentialed Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatric settings
• Strong knowledge of fine and gross motor development for early childhood and elementary-aged students
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions across a range of grade levels, including Pre-K, elementary (K-5), and middle school
• Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation for school-based therapy
• Effective communicator with students, parents, and educators, fostering positive relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through middle school
• Assess students needs, set collaboration goals, and develop customized therapy plans
• Support sensory regulation, self-care skills, handwriting, and classroom participation
• Work closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to facilitate student success across environments
• Contribute to IEP meetings with clear, actionable therapeutic recommendations
• Document sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with all school-based therapy standards
