This role serves two school sites near San Mateo, CA, offering positions at both part-time (.5 FTE) and full-time (1.0 FTE) levels for experienced Occupational Therapists. What youll bring:

• Valid California OT license
• Experience working in schools or with school-aged children, preferably in OT
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and processes
• Ability to travel between two assigned school sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to varying schedules and caseloads
• Commitment to student growth and well-being

What youll do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess students needs and document progress
• Participate in team meetings, with admin/indirect time included
• Provide therapy in spaces dedicated for this purpose
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain thorough records and case notes
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive school environment
