Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience with school-based OT services
- Familiarity with home health and healthcare settings preferred
- Experience delivering teletherapy OT sessions is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs within educational and home environments
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving student participation and functional outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services in-person, via telehealth, and in home health settings as needed
- Maintain thorough records and progress documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other providers to integrate strategies into the classroom and home
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student success
