Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience with school-based OT services
• Familiarity with home health and healthcare settings preferred
• Experience delivering teletherapy OT sessions is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify occupational therapy needs within educational and home environments
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving student participation and functional outcomes
• Provide direct and consultative services in-person, via telehealth, and in home health settings as needed
• Maintain thorough records and progress documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other providers to integrate strategies into the classroom and home
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student success
