Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, supporting students in a dynamic ESY program for the summer. This engaging role focuses on providing therapy services tailored to a transitional kindergarten through 8th-grade caseload, spanning approximately 19 students within a single campus setting. Youll make a tangible difference, delivering both individual and group therapy while collaborating closely with educational staff.

Your schedule will run Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM, from June 15 to July 10. This part-time, school-based position is an excellent fit for a professional who enjoys working with children and values the unique connections formed in education. With a carefully balanced caseload and supportive environment, your expertise will empower students to reach their fullest potential in the extended school year program.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Prior school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Skills in Home Health, Teletherapy, and Healthcare OT environments are advantageous
• Ability to manage therapy for a diverse, TK8 caseload
• Strength in group and individual therapy sessions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to best practices in pediatric occupational therapy

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct OT services to a range of students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to develop individual and group therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and licensing requirements
