Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license recognized by the state
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Compassionate, patient approach when working with diverse student populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students needs and create individualized treatment plans
• Address fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom participation skills
• Work side-by-side with educators and family members to support student development
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct interventions and recommend adaptive equipment or strategies to maximize student success
