Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist in an innovative charter school environment just outside San Francisco. This contract position allows you to make a difference in a dynamic district committed to inclusive education and continuous professional growth.

You will have the flexibility to choose between part-time (.5 FTE) and full-time (1.0 FTE) schedules for the 26/27 school year, working across two school sites. Indirect hours, such as administrative time and paid team meetings, are included, ensuring you can focus both on student progress and your own professional planning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active California OT license required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, including familiarity with IEP implementation and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed (compensated travel)
  • Comfortable evaluating and providing therapy for a diverse K-12 caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students as part of their IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to develop and support student goals
  • Document service delivery and student progress according to district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Utilize provided training and district resources, including a dedicated therapeutic space
