Key Qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Experience providing OT services in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population across K-12th grades
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and managing caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students physical, cognitive, and sensory needs as related to functional school performance
• Develop and implement individualized OT interventions and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to support students educational goals
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and update documentation as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams, and educate school staff on OT strategies
• Deliver therapy sessions in both group and individual formats in accordance with established schedules
