This opportunity is for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide contract services within a school setting located in San Bernardino, CA. The role is ideal for professionals with experience supporting students' developmental, sensory, and motor skill needs in educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to students functional needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student participation and success
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Document progress and communicate effectively about student goals and achievements
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding adaptive equipment and modifications

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy
• Knowledge of child development and educational standards relevant to occupational therapy services
• Ability to work independently and adapt therapy approaches within a fast-paced school environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and related documentation
