Qualifications & Experience:

• Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on student IEPs
• Skilled in providing both direct therapy and consultative support for teachers and families
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of special education procedures, documentation, and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students needs for OT intervention
• Deliver therapeutic activities and strategies that support motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise IEP goals
• Monitor and document student progress, providing updates and recommendations
• Offer training and guidance for school staff and families to reinforce strategies beyond therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to ensure comprehensive student support
