Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active California Occupational Therapist license required
  • Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric environment, preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and best practices for student evaluation and intervention
  • Comfortable working with a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to fostering student independence and academic participation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels (K-12)
  • Conduct assessments, write reports, and help develop IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive strategies
  • Provide direct intervention and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP and team meetings
  • Educate staff and parents about strategies to support student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
