Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid California Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Experience or familiarity with school-based OT practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying student needs and schedules

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students, supporting their ability to access the educational curriculum
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and set appropriate goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and communication with staff and families
• Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers
• Deliver interventions to promote development of fine motor skills, self-care skills, and sensory processing within the school environment
• Manage a caseload with students across a range of ages and needs as assigned
