Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current credential or licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in California
  • Previous hands-on experience in K-12 school settings, home health, or pediatric therapy strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working across various delivery models: in-person, teletherapy, and home visits
  • Ability to tailor interventions to a range of physical, developmental, and learning disabilities
  • Strong documentation, communication, and case management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment planning, and direct therapy for students aged preschool to high school, across multiple campuses as assigned
  • Adapt therapeutic approaches for both on-site and virtual/telehealth delivery as part of a flexible services team
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service professionals to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of progress in accordance with school policies
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and ongoing clinical support for students and staff as needed
