Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students unique needs
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans targeting motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to align therapy with educational goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with regulations and school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting
• Provide training and support to school staff regarding OT strategies and accommodations
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
