Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, educational assessments, and adaptive strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload and adjust to dynamic school settings
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students in an onsite setting
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic goals into classroom activities
• Maintain accurate records as part of the IEP process and compliance requirements
• Advocate for students needs, ensuring they have access to tools and strategies that enhance their participation in school activities
