Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Ohio Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous experience in school-based settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt interventions across elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Demonstrated proficiency with individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation
• Positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and student needs

What Youll Do:

• Deliver targeted OT assessments, treatments, and interventions for students with diverse abilities
• Collaborate with teachers and educational specialists to design strategies that support classroom participation and learning
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide consultation and education to school personnel and families regarding student needs and best practices
• Track and report student progress using school-approved software and documentation systems
• Adapt equipment, classroom materials, and environments to foster optimal student engagement
