Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current and active Occupational Therapy license in Florida
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
  • Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for students
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Adaptable and organized, with a commitment to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students OT needs
  • Develop and execute evidence-based intervention plans to support IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students across a variety of ages and needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and school teams on best practices and accommodations
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
