Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy license
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Background working with children with disabilities
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Assistive Technology is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP and parent meetings
  • Provide guidance on Assistive Technology and support access to curriculum
