This full-time contract role, located in Bloomington, MN and serving a school-based population near Saint Paul, offers you the opportunity to work closely with children and fellow professionals. Bring your passion and talent as a licensed Occupational Therapist to a collaborative team where youll enjoy a manageable 3:1 caseload modelwith no case management requiredallowing you to focus on direct interventions and difference-making therapy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota OT license (required)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Familiarity with the 3:1 service delivery model is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs and best practices
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff to address student needs
  • Conducting assessments and participating in team meetings
  • Maintaining accurate, timely records in accordance with school policies
  • Providing direct treatment while utilizing a consultative approach as needed
