This full-time contract role, located in Bloomington, MN and serving a school-based population near Saint Paul, offers you the opportunity to work closely with children and fellow professionals. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping students reach their personal and academic goals from August to December 2026.

Bring your passion and talent as a licensed Occupational Therapist to a collaborative team where youll enjoy a manageable 3:1 caseload modelwith no case management requiredallowing you to focus on direct interventions and difference-making therapy.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota OT license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with the 3:1 service delivery model is a plus
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to students according to IEPs and best practices
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff to address student needs
• Conducting assessments and participating in team meetings
• Maintaining accurate, timely records in accordance with school policies
• Providing direct treatment while utilizing a consultative approach as needed
