Job Description

This opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, running from ASAP through the end of the school year. Utilize your expertise to provide both direct and indirect therapy services, manage cases, and support student progressensuring every child has access to the resources they need for success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota
  • Background working in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, families, and students
  • Ability to efficiently balance direct therapy sessions and essential documentation or case management duties

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students, adapting interventions for a variety of needs
  • Complete thorough progress tracking and ensure timely documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape therapy goals to maximize student growth
  • Maintain a balanced caseload while providing high-quality, student-centered therapy
