Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Missouri
• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience working with school-aged children, including knowledge of IEPs and education-based therapy practices
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and participate in evaluation teams to determine students' needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers to integrate OT strategies into the classroom
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services rendered
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary staff to ensure a comprehensive, supportive approach for every student
