Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license and registration, with credentials applicable for school settings
• Prior experience in school-based occupational therapy highly valued
• Skilled in delivering services via teletherapy platforms and adapting approaches for virtual engagement
• Experience working in home health or similar healthcare settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver occupational therapy sessions both in-person and virtually, as assigned
• Support IEP development and attend meetings as required, providing expertise on student needs and progress
• Educate school staff and families on OT strategies to promote generalization of skills
• Accurately document services, maintain records in compliance with policies and regulations
• Serve as a resource for promoting inclusive participation at school and, when applicable, at home
