A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at an Early Childhood Center in Saint Charles, IL. This role is on-site with flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time work, spanning from early April through the end of May.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to young children in an early childhood educational setting
- Collaborate with educators and families to support the developmental needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to school-based goals
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and communicative environment
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois OT or COTA professional license is required
- Experience working in school settings, particularly early childhood education, is strongly preferred
- Ability to engage effectively with young children in a therapeutic capacity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
