Job Description

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at an Early Childhood Center in Saint Charles, IL. This role is on-site with flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time work, spanning from early April through the end of May.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to young children in an early childhood educational setting
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support the developmental needs of students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to school-based goals
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and communicative environment

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois OT or COTA professional license is required
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly early childhood education, is strongly preferred
  • Ability to engage effectively with young children in a therapeutic capacity
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
