Job Description
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students from Pre-K through 5th grade in an elementary school setting located in Saginaw, MI. This full-time, in-person contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' development during the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in Pre-K through 5th grade, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to tailor therapy interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide ongoing support to help students achieve their educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Occupational Therapy License.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in Pre-K settings.
- Knowledge of school-based therapy and the ability to adapt techniques for a classroom environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Work Schedule & Location:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- In-person role based in Saginaw, Michigan.
- Contract position for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.
