Job Description

As an integral part of a dedicated school team, youll design and implement interventions that promote student independence, participate in multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensure every child receives the support they deserve. With a manageable weekly schedule of 32.5 hours, you will make a significant impact while maintaining a healthy balance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Recent school-based OT experience, preferably serving the full K-12 age range
  • Ability to assess students needs and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with educators, parents, and staff
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and accessible learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for assigned students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other service providers for integrated care
  • Maintain accurate progress records and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide resources and recommendations to support student goals both in and out of the classroom

Compensation for this position ranges from $30.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
