Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess students needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support functional and academic success
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive technology as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
