This full-time position, based near Roscoe, IL, offers 37.5 hours per week for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Your expertise will make a meaningful difference by empowering children and adolescents to achieve their fullest potential in the classroom and beyond.
What Youll Need:
- Active Illinois OT license
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse student needs
- Passion for fostering student independence and participation in school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across a range of age groups and abilities
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals within IEP and 504 processes
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with school policies and evidence-based practice
- Furnish documentation and timely progress reports
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
