This full-time position, based near Roscoe, IL, offers 37.5 hours per week for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. What Youll Need:

  • Active Illinois OT license
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for diverse student needs
  • Passion for fostering student independence and participation in school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students across a range of age groups and abilities
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student goals within IEP and 504 processes
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with school policies and evidence-based practice
  • Furnish documentation and timely progress reports
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
