Job Details:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Occupational Therapist to support students in a school-based setting near Romulus, Michigan. This part-time position offers a manageable schedule while making a meaningful impact on the developmental and educational success of K12 students with mild-to-moderate needs.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 2025 hours per week
• Setting: K12 school-based caseload
• Caseload: Mild-to-moderate occupational therapy needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Provide direct therapy services to address fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan OT license (LARA)
• Recent school-based or extensive pediatric experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently within a school environment
