An opportunity for a full-time Occupational Therapist is available in Rohnert Park, CA, serving in a school setting on a contract basis. This role involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse student population, supporting their development and educational success through both direct and indirect intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Delivering direct occupational therapy services tailored to students needs
- Providing indirect support and consultation to educational staff and families
- Maintaining thorough documentation and tracking student progress in compliance with school policies
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster inclusive learning environments
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois SSW (School Social Work) license is required for this position
- Experience delivering occupational therapy in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings is highly valued
