Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active IL SSW License (required)
  • Demonstrated experience providing occupational therapy in schools or related settings
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards
  • Competency in direct and indirect service delivery
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience with diverse caseloads, including evaluations and service planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP mandates
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide both direct interventions and consultative support for staff/families
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to nurture student success
