This full-time, onsite opportunity is located near Rohnert Park, CA, and offers an engaging caseload that focuses on delivering direct and indirect OT services, conducting evaluations, and supporting students success through IEP development and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Active IL SSW License (required)
• Demonstrated experience providing occupational therapy in schools or related settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards
• Competency in direct and indirect service delivery
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with diverse caseloads, including evaluations and service planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP mandates
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Provide both direct interventions and consultative support for staff/families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to nurture student success
