Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Illinois
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning environments
• A passion for helping students achieve functional success in the classroom and beyond

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students of varying ages and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress and strategies
• Document goals, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and state requirements
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Use therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve students participation and performance in academic and daily activities
