Job Description

A licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a full-time, on-site position in a K-12 school setting located in Rockford, Illinois. This contract role offers an opportunity to work with school-aged children, providing therapeutic support tailored to their individual needs throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students across K-12 grades
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license valid in Illinois
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy environments is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Rockford, IL
