A licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available for a full-time position within a K-12 school setting in Rockford, IL. This role offers a flexible caseload and the chance to work directly with students to support their development and educational success in a supportive school environment. The position is contract-based for the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans
• Conduct assessments and document student progress in compliance with school and legal standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
