Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan

• Ability to adapt and implement individualized therapeutic strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs
• Develop and execute intervention plans tailored to each students goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Communicate progress to families and participate in IEP meetings
• Promote a positive, inclusive school environment that supports student growth and confidence
• Provide education and resources for staff and parents as needed
