Job Description

What You'll Bring:

  • Active Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Adaptability, compassion, and a commitment to student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student education plans
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with other professionals to support a holistic approach to student development
  • Offer guidance and education to staff and families on strategies for student success
