Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Michigan OT (Occupational Therapy) license required
  • Prior experience working with K-8 populations in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to assess and support students with a broad spectrum of needs and disabilities
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team member
  • Comfortable with panel-style interviews
  • Must be able to work on site (remote options not available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services for a diverse K-8 caseload
  • Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families on goal setting and progress
  • Develop and implement IEP-related interventions tailored to each student
  • Conduct ongoing student assessments and document growth
