What We're Looking For:
- Occupational Therapist licensure and authorization to practice in California
- Expertise administering the BOT-3 and Peabody assessments for ages 3-22 (multiple disabilities)
- Experience supporting individuals with mild through severe disabilities
- Strong ability to interpret data, address parent concerns, and make informed service recommendations
- Willingness to travel between several school sites throughout the week (itinerant position)
- Self-motivated organization skills for managing a dynamic caseload, with caseload fluctuating as needs evolve
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct OT assessments and consultations, adapting to changing caseload sizes
- Collaborate with district staff and families to create individualized plans and address concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize assessment tools effectively
- Design and adjust your own weekly schedule based on district priorities
